Key Selection and Eligibility Criteria

We can’t wait to read how your application will support the health and wellbeing of South Aussies. For your application to be successful, you need to demonstrate how your initiative meets the below Key Selection Criteria. Successful applicants will need to meet all of the below criteria.
The project or initiative is based in South Australia (it can be part of a national project)
The project or initiative directly improves the health and wellbeing of South Aussies through one (or more) of our key areas: social connection, getting the community active, improving health & wellbeing outcomes or promotes inclusion.
The application is from a not-for-profit or community organisation/group that provides a service or other benefit to improve the health and wellbeing of their local community.
There is a clear link between the project or initiative and Health Partners mission to create a better state of health in South Australia.
The project delivers, or has potential to deliver, benefit to Health Partners members•Health Partners received measurable benefit as a direct result of the sponsorship.
There is an opportunity for a high degree of visibility within the local or wider community, providing positive exposure for Health Partners.
Successful applicants must complete their project, program or activity by December 2026. Reporting will be required for every applicant on the status and success of the activation. This includes post and progress reports. We will provide templates
